Online assessment, approximately 30 minutes

Managing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, material handling, picking, packing and shipping.
Ensuring uninterrupted material supply to production lines and supporting customer delivery performance.
Optimizing warehouse space utilization, storage strategies and material flow.
Coordinating inbound and outbound logistics activities with transportation providers and logistics partners.
Ensuring high inventory accuracy through stock control practices, cycle counting programs and accurate inventory records in SAP.
Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, while minimizing stock losses, obsolescence and material damage.
Supporting workforce planning, training, succession planning and employee engagement within the warehouse team.
Ensuring compliance with Swedish regulations, company policies and HSE standards.
Driving Lean Manufacturing, Lean Logistics, 6S and operational excellence initiatives.
Collaborating closely with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality and Customer Service teams.

Fluent in Swedish and English , both written and verbal.
A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
Experience leading teams in an industrial environment; experience in a unionized environment is preferred.
Experience in warehouse operations supporting production environments.
Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, and warehouse management systems.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 6S and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
