Prysmian is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations on an assigned shift in our Marshall, TX facility. This role is responsible for leading hourly production employees, driving safety, quality, productivity, and delivery performance while developing a high-performing team culture. This position is also responsible for effectively managing cross-functional relationships with other departments to support effective use of manpower, materials, and equipment, as well as productivity improvement initiatives.
This position leads a team of approximately 27 employees on our 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) . The ideal candidate enjoys being on the manufacturing floor, coaching employees, solving problems, and driving safety, quality, and productivity performance in a fast-paced production environment.

3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
Strong MS Office and systems background
Previous leadership experience as a Production Supervisor, Team Lead, Lead Operator, Shift Lead, or similar manufacturing leadership role preferred.
High school diploma or GED required
