Advanced computer skills required including PLC programming. (Experience with Wonderware a plus).
Ability to multi-task.
Advanced knowledge of motor controls and drives (AC, DC and VFD), PLC and relay-based systems.
Able to read and/or create PID drawings and install/implement control devices from engineered drawings.
Because this position carries significant responsibility, extended work hours may be required to meet production demands and avoid downtime.
Must be able to climb stairs and ladders.
Must be able to work in varying seasonal temperatures within an industrial manufacturing environment.
5 years minimum experience in system engineering role.
10 years proven working experience in installing, configuring, troubleshooting, maintaining applications software and systems controls.
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electrical Systems, Control System, or a related subject.
The typical base salary range for this role is $86,000.00 to $130,000.00 . Actual placement within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, education, skills, and geographic location.
