At least 3 years’ experience working in IT application support environment AND/ OR involvement in SAP implementation / rollout.
Proficient in Agile and DevOps ways of working.
Experience in digital product design and development is advantageous.
Knowledgeable in manufacturing business processes and general order to cash and supply chain fulfilment processes.
Able to troubleshoot SAP, Salesforce and digital product technical issues and resolve bugs/fixes when required.
Experience working in a global environment with multiple business units and geographies/ time zone.
Analytical and meticulous
Self-starter attitude
Forward thinking and ability to plan/ organize work
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical teams.
