Site Quality Intern

The Site Quality Intern will support the Site Quality Manager and project teams in ensuring quality standards are maintained across renewable energy construction projects, with a focus on solar tracker systems. This internship provides hands-on exposure to field quality processes, including inspections, audits, punch list management, documentation, and reporting. The intern will gain practical experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud and other field technology tools while learning quality assurance best practices within the solar construction industry.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Renewable Energy, Engineering Technology, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Previous internship, coursework, field experience, or exposure to construction, renewable energy, or quality processes is preferred but not required.
• Must comply with client safety requirements (e.g., clean-shaven, long sleeves, steel-toe boots).
• Must pass a physical exam if required.
• Able to: Climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding, and stairways. Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work at heights or in confined spaces (e.g., towers, vessels, excavations). Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (Use assistance for heavier loads). Stand or walk for extended periods on uneven surfaces (dirt, concrete, asphalt, mud, gravel).
• Must be able to wear a respirator and other PPE when required.
