Material Handler

Assist the shipping and receiving team with various tasks, such as counting, packaging and moving items around the warehouse. • Attention to detail • Adhere to safety standards: Ensure all work is completed according to company safety guidelines and best practices, maintaining a safe work environment at all times. • Collaborate with team: Work closely with supervisors and other team members to meet targets, deadlines, and quality benchmarks. • Continuous improvement: Participate in training and initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and processes. Suggest improvements to workflows when necessary.

• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical training or certifications in electrical or manufacturing fields is a plus.
• Experience operating a forklift is preferred, but not required. • Prior experience in production, manufacturing, or assembly, preferably in electrical or solar-related industries is preferred • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and assembly instructions. • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. • Basic understanding of electrical systems, components, and safety practices. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time as required in a production environment.
• Must comply with safety requirements (e.g., clean-shaven, long sleeves, steel-toe boots).

• $18/hr
