Job Description
R B Hinkle Construction Inc. is seeking experienced Equipment Operators and CDL Class A or B Drivers to join our team in Sterling, Virginia . These positions support underground utility construction through the safe operation of heavy equipment and/or the transportation of materials and equipment to and from job sites.
Requirements
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience operating heavy construction equipment.
- Proven experience safely operating a variety of equipment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprints is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Sterling, Virginia office/yard.
