Key Responsibilities
- The Construction Analytics, Data & Power BI Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and governing construction-focused analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions that support project execution and leadership decision-making across Primoris Energy Services.
- This role transforms data from field, project, and corporate systems into clear, actionable insights related to cost, schedule, productivity, and performance. Operating within a matrix organization, the Manager partners closely with Operations, Project Controls, Construction Technology, Finance, and leadership teams to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and aligned with how projects are delivered in the field.
Requirements
- Experience supporting multiple construction divisions or market sectors.
- Familiarity with SQL, Power Platform, or similar data tools.
- Experience aligning analytics across Operations, Project Controls, and Finance.
- Background in a large, diversified contractor or EPC organization.
