Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Possess specialist knowledge of various applications and software including but not limited to Vista Viewpoint and PVault.
- Manage help desk tickets assigned with quick resolution.
- Set up new users, user maintenance, and user terminations.
- Assist with systems integrations/conversions.
- Maintain and update end user documentation and procedures.
- Assist with monthly and quarterly auditor request as assigned.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of IT experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or IT major/concentration preferred.
- Experience managing and supporting applications in a Citrix environment.
- Experience supporting business applications such as PVault and Vista Viewpoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to create organized and informative reports, as well as comprehensive and accurate documentation.
- Ability to participate in multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight schedules.
- Experience in construction industry preferred.
- Experience with SQL database queries.
- Compensation range is $65 - 72K, dependent on experience. #LI-NT1
