Job Description
The Residential Energy Specialist at PosiGen is responsible for managing the sales process from lead generation to closing, helping customers save money through solar leasing solutions. This mobile role involves in-home consultations, account management, and building a book of business while earning a base salary plus generous commissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing the sale
- Build a book of business through self-generated leads
- Leverage proprietary referral app and incentives
- Attend company-provided appointments
- Assist homeowners in executing documents and maximizing savings
- Maintain ongoing partnerships with customers throughout installation and activation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Prior sales experience OR college OR military experience preferred
- Proficient with computer programs
- Salesforce CRM is used heavily
- Bilingual Spanish English is a plus
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Must have a valid state driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be flexible based on customer availability
