Job Description

The Office Manager and Executive Assistant at Plus Power will oversee administrative operations in the San Francisco office, supporting the leadership team with scheduling, travel logistics, and office management while ensuring compliance with security and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage access to the office for employees and stakeholders
  • Oversee mail and services for the office
  • Manage calendars for COO, Vice Chairman, and leadership team
  • Support travel logistics and event management for leadership team
  • Ensure office supplies are properly stocked
  • Execute office projects and improvements across subcontractors
  • Coordinate local logistics for meetings and corporate events
  • Support coordination of company-wide events and travel arrangements
  • Assist the Cyber and Physical Security Committee and compliance matters

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience supporting office management and administration for teams of executives.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and initiative.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with high standards for execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to help draft written communications for Company materials and messaging.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a cross-functional environment with geographically dispersed team members.
  • Ability to uphold standards of complete discretion and confidentiality and exercise good judgment on day-to-day decisions.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the Microsoft suite of tools and applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Notary or willing to become a notary.
