Job Description
The role involves coordinating and scheduling interviews, managing candidate logistics, and ensuring a positive candidate experience within a talent operations team at a space and data company, supporting efficient recruitment processes for a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule, coordinate, and confirm multi-stage interviews with candidates and hiring teams
- Coordinate candidate travel, lodging, and meet greet at the office
- Ensure positive candidate experience through timely communication and issue resolution
- Act as point of contact for logistics for candidates and hiring teams during the recruitment process
- Review and provide feedback on job descriptions for new requisitions
- Support process improvements and documentation related to talent operations
Requirements
- One year of recruiting coordination experience, with both virtual and on-site interview scheduling experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Communications, English, or Psychology.
- Experience with GoodTime and/or ModernLoop scheduling software.
- Experience with Greenhouse applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve creatively.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to proofread and provide constructive feedback.
