Job Description
The Director of EMEA Regional Marketing at Planet is responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies to drive growth, align with sales goals, and manage a team to enhance market penetration across EMEA, focusing on key industry verticals and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, drive, and execute the regional marketing strategy and plan for EMEA.
- Manage and lead the EMEA regional marketing team.
- Develop and implement a data-driven marketing function to support growth and market penetration.
- Own regional revenue targets and marketing pipeline metrics.
- Create and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) frameworks.
- Partner with EMEA Sales Leadership to align marketing efforts with sales priorities and campaigns.
- Design and lead ABM programs and campaigns targeting top accounts.
- Develop strategic co-marketing relationships with regional partners and customers.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in regional, field, events, and Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and execution.
- 6 years of Supervisory Leadership experience.
- Deep understanding of market nuances and competitive dynamics across the EMEA region.
- Extensive experience in building and executing effective regional Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
- Track record of overachieving marketing pipeline metrics and regional targets.
- Experience leveraging AI to scale marketing reach and efficiency.
- Success in hiring, developing, and leading high-performing regional marketing teams.
- Solid experience in partnering with regional sales leaders.
- Solid experience in marketing to government audiences.
- Solid command of modern marketing technology to manage campaigns, track effectiveness, monitor engagement, and calculate ROI.
- Proficiency in German language.
