Job Description

Flexible Work Arrangement: Hybrid The transmission planning department is responsible for the development of transmission expansion plan in the PJM interconnection.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience
Ability to produce high-quality work products with attention to detail
Experience in quantitative and qualitative power system analysis
Ability to use mathematical and electrical theory
Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support
MS, Engineering
Experience with PJM operations, markets, and planning functions
At least 5 years of experience with PJM reliability criteria testing methodologies
At least 5 years of experience in program development of analytical and automation tools for enhanced reliability criteria testing and screening
Ability to understand single-line diagrams
Experience using Siemens PSS/e, PowerGEM TARA or similar power system analysis tools
Experience with the Python programming language
