The Senior Manager, Channel Management is responsible for developing and executing channel strategies to drive revenue growth, managing key partner relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and optimizing partner programs within a high-tech or service-driven industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive channel strategies aligned with business goals
Drive partner engagement models to support service-led growth and high-value solutions
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key partners
Define and track KPIs to evaluate partner performance and program effectiveness
Lead quarterly business reviews and provide actionable insights for improvement
Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure partner lifecycle alignment
Contribute to global channel leadership and influence go-to-market strategies
Assess market trends, partner feedback, and competitive dynamics to refine the channel model
Champion initiatives to enhance partner value and drive new customer acquisition
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
8 years of experience in channel management, marketing, sales, or account business development preferably in high-tech or service-driven industries
Strong analytical, negotiation, and executive communication skills
Strategic thinker with a high potential for action and results
Deep understanding of the services channel landscape and partner economics
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex partner relationships
Must be able to travel by air
Occasional overseas travel for extended periods required
Occasional domestic travel required
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
Must be able to communicate effectively in English
Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
