- Select, engage, and manage architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, furniture providers, and other service partners; monitor safety, quality, schedule, cost, performance, deliverables, and contractual compliance.
- Maintain accurate digital facilities records, including BIM models, CAD drawings, as-built documents, equipment and asset records, operations and maintenance manuals, construction files, warranties, and space data.
- Use facilities, space, financial, vendor, energy, and asset-lifecycle data to develop dashboards, KPIs, analyses, and recommendations that support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Operations, Production, Distribution, EHS, Security, Information Technology, People & Organization, Finance, Purchasing, Real Estate, and business leaders to align facility solutions with operational and workforce needs.
- Support capital planning, annual operating plans, forecasting, spend analysis, purchase requests, invoice review, and fixed-asset coordination; identify risks, alternatives, and recommendations for leadership review.
