Job Description
The Customer Operations Manager Data Center Programs is responsible for coordinating customer demand planning, managing system BOMs and tier 1 network sourcing, and overseeing customer advocacy and onboarding processes to ensure seamless data center program execution across global regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer demand planning and manage system BOMs and tier 1 network sourcing strategies.
- Collect, manage, and communicate customer forecast data and BOM changes to stakeholders.
- Escalate internal issues through approved channels and manage open orders for support accounts.
- Oversee onboarding of new tier 1 suppliers, ensuring pricing, contracts, and data accuracy.
- Lead onboarding efforts for BOMs entering new regions and document customer interactions in CRM.
- Develop and improve service delivery by meeting training goals, participating in projects, and providing feedback.
- Facilitate communication between departments and document project status for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- 5 years of experience in customer operations, project management, or supply chain roles
- Strong understanding of BOM management, tier 1 supplier networks, and S OP processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems, customer portals, and forecasting tools
- Must be able to sit for up to 4 hours at a time and 8 hours in a day
- Must be willing to travel up to 20.5% internationally
- Occasional availability outside of normal operating hours for critical escalations
- Regular and on-time attendance
- This is a hybrid position requiring at least three days in the office
