Job Description
The HR Intern will assist the HR team at Peak Energy by supporting onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and process improvement initiatives, while participating in key HR projects to enhance employee experience and streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate onboarding by organizing orientation sessions and preparing new hire documentation.
- Manage offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and coordinating final payroll settlements.
- Assist in administering performance reviews and collaborating on employee goal-setting processes.
- Identify and propose process improvements within onboarding, offboarding, and performance review systems.
- Participate in HR-related projects and maintain accurate HR records using ATS tools.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 SharePoint, Lists, Power Automate is highly preferred.
- Previous experience or coursework in HR operations or project management is a plus.
