Job Description
The Program Lead for Enterprise Data Systems is responsible for developing and executing strategies to implement and integrate core enterprise systems such as PLM, ERP, MRP, MES, QMS, and WMS, enabling efficient data management across manufacturing, engineering, and operational teams in a renewable ocean technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the enterprise data systems strategy and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional leaders.
- Manage the execution of the data systems development roadmap, including stakeholder communication.
- Evaluate and select application development options, identifying opportunities for commercial or in-house software solutions.
- Align digital system implementation with company objectives and production scale-up plans.
- Establish and enforce architectural governance for application development to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Lead the hiring and coordination of internal or external teams for system implementation, integration, and end-user training.
Requirements
- Experience leading enterprise data system implementations or refreshes in a manufactured product context
- 6 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, production, supply chain, and operational finance teams to implement, improve, or maintain an enterprise data system application
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to lead by influence at both strategic and operational levels
