Key Responsibilities

  • Own relationships with community end-users such as fire authorities and disaster management agencies.
  • Conduct outreach and onboarding for customers.
  • Provide high-touch communication and support pre- and post-deployment.
  • Build and manage a network of engaged end-users responding to alerts from Pano stations.

Requirements

  • Background in the disaster management community, such as current or ex-firefighter or emergency manager.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High energy and process-driven mindset.
  • Ability to provide a superior customer experience.
  • Residency in Texas or willingness to relocate to the area.
