Job Description
The Associate - Customer Success and Community Outreach at Pano AI will manage relationships with community end-users, such as fire authorities and disaster management agencies, focusing on outreach, onboarding, and providing support pre- and post-deployment. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in disaster management who are passionate about climate resiliency.
Key Responsibilities
- Own relationships with community end-users such as fire authorities and disaster management agencies.
- Conduct outreach and onboarding for customers.
- Provide high-touch communication and support pre- and post-deployment.
- Build and manage a network of engaged end-users responding to alerts from Pano stations.
Requirements
- Background in the disaster management community, such as current or ex-firefighter or emergency manager.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High energy and process-driven mindset.
- Ability to provide a superior customer experience.
- Residency in Texas or willingness to relocate to the area.
