Job Description
The Recruiting Coordinator supports the Talent Acquisition team by managing interview logistics, enhancing candidate experience, and assisting with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth hiring experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of interview scheduling and logistics for candidates across multiple roles and functions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the interview process to ensure a positive experience
- Greet and host candidates visiting the office, ensuring they feel welcomed and prepared
- Maintain organization of interview feedback, scorecards, and timelines within Greenhouse
- Support recruiters and hiring managers with data entry, job postings, and requisition management in Greenhouse
- Ensure timely completion of background checks and reference checks
- Assist in coordinating new hire onboarding and facilitate the new hire rotation program
- Support employee engagement efforts related to onboarding and orientation
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or administrative support in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company environment
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS) required
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset
- Passion for creating exceptional candidate and new hire experiences
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check
