The Revenue Operations Specialist, Comfort supports the onboarding and operational readiness of new HVAC, Heat Pump, and Home Electrification partners by managing administrative tasks, ensuring compliance, and coordinating internal teams to facilitate quick and efficient partner setup.
Key Responsibilities
Move new HVAC, Heat Pump, and Home Electrification partners to a ready-to-sell status efficiently
Process enrollment paperwork and ensure legal compliance documentation is complete for new partners
Manage Salesforce account setup, including contact data, role assignments, and hierarchy mapping
Coordinate onboarding steps and standard procedures for new partners
Serve as the primary administrative problem-solver to support Channel Account Managers
Collaborate with internal teams, including onboarding and compliance, to ensure smooth partner onboarding
Develop and manage partner onboarding and implementation programs
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales coordination, onboarding, or operational support.
Exposure to the HVAC Heat Pump and Home Electrification industry is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Superior communication skills both oral and written.
High attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM management, with Salesforce experience preferred.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
