The Platform Operations I role involves managing financial product transactions, supporting installer and partner communications, and improving internal processes within Palmetto's renewable energy platform to ensure smooth operations and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage underwriting and technical document processing for Palmetto's financial products
Provide installer support to facilitate smooth financial transactions
Maintain and update knowledge base resources and support systems
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve transaction friction points and blockers
Support EPC partner requests and improve communication channels
Manage queues within the financial portal to ensure efficient transaction flow
Offer consultative assistance to transaction partners and sales reps
Train and coach sales representatives and transaction partners
Monitor frontline support activity and identify opportunities for platform improvements
Contribute to the evaluation and enhancement of internal processes and systems
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer, tech, or sales support role
Knowledge of solar, HVAC, or geothermal industries is a plus
Proficiency in web-browser hotkeys shortcuts
High typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check
