The Financial Operations Specialist is responsible for managing customer lease and PPA reassignments, processing buyouts and prepayments, handling UCC-1 termination requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own customer lease PPA reassignment process, including credit checks, billing setup, and transfer contract completion
Manage service transfers for customers moving homes, including credit checks, billing updates, and contract transfers
Process prepayments by providing quotes, accepting payments, updating billing accounts, and documenting prepayments
Handle buyouts for customers moving or after five years of agreement, including providing quotes, accepting payments, and completing contracts
Process UCC-1 temporary termination requests and address related inquiries
Ensure proper documentation in Salesforce and maintain clear communication with the CX department
Requirements
2-4 years experience in a role demonstrating strategic thinking and problem solving
Salesforce experience preferred
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) preferred
Enjoy working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Good computer skills with G Suite and Microsoft Office
Ability to work alone or in a team
Outstanding attention to detail
Good collaboration and communication skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of construction or solar industry preferred
