This internship offers hands-on experience in analyzing customer and operational data to identify trends, improve customer satisfaction, and support operational efficiency within a clean tech company's customer experience team.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze CSAT data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
Review customer contact drivers to understand and reduce unnecessary contact volume
Evaluate call volume trends and seasonal patterns for forecasting and planning
Identify repeat contact trends and opportunities to improve first contact resolution
Analyze customer journey stages to determine frequent contact points
Identify operational bottlenecks or delays across project milestones
Recommend training opportunities based on customer feedback and interaction trends
Create dashboards, summaries, and presentations to communicate findings to leadership
Complete a defined project with clear deliverables and actionable recommendations
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program pursuing a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Operations, Customer Experience, Statistics, Economics, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with data in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong organizational and time management skills
Interest in customer experience, operations, or business analytics
Prior internship, coursework, or project experience in analytics or operations is a plus
Interest in renewable energy, climate tech, or mission-driven organizations preferred
