The Channel Account Manager, HVAC Heat Pump and Home Electrification, is responsible for onboarding, training, and supporting contractor partners to adopt Palmetto's LightReach Finance program, focusing on increasing program adoption and partner satisfaction through relationship building and sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and onboard new contractor partners aligned with business objectives
Serve as the primary contact for assigned contractor partners, supporting their sales teams
Lead sales training sessions to educate partners on positioning, presenting, and closing the LightReach program
Collaborate with sales leadership to drive program adoption and alignment
Support sales teams through ride-alongs, objection handling, and in-home pitch coaching
Monitor program activity, adoption rates, and engagement metrics to address friction points
Partner with internal teams to improve tools, resources, and partner support processes
Gather field feedback to inform platform improvements and enablement content
Ensure high partner satisfaction through professional relationship management
Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in residential in-home sales within HVAC, plumbing, electrical, generators, roofing, or similar industries
2 to 4 years of experience in a partner-facing or field enablement role such as Sales Trainer, Territory Manager, Manufacturer Rep, or similar
Demonstrated ability to train and coach salespeople in person and virtually
Experience working with or for contractor businesses in the home services industry
Strong presentation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel up to 75% regionally and nationally
HVAC experience is required
