Job Description
The Vice President of Investor Relations at Palmetto is responsible for managing all investor communications, developing the company's investor narrative, and building relationships with investors and market participants to support capital raising and strategic growth efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all investor communication and reporting for equity and debt investors
- Own and develop Palmetto's investor strategy and messaging
- Prepare investor and capital raise materials, including pitch decks and presentations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors and external market participants
- Represent the company at investor conferences and meetings
- Build and maintain relationships with sell-side analysts and the investment community
- Collaborate with leadership to prepare for investor meetings, conferences, and capital raises
- Provide insights on investor sentiment, market perception, and peer activity to leadership and the Board
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in investor materials
- Support capital raises, financing events, and major corporate milestones
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Communications, or related field; an advanced degree such as an MBA or similar is preferred
- At least 10 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Equity Research, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience owning investor-facing messaging and senior-level communications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear narratives
- Executive presence and credibility in high-stakes, external-facing conversations
