Job Description
The Service Operations Project Coordinator manages customer support and operational logistics for ongoing solar system services, coordinating troubleshooting, scheduling repairs, and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the system's lifespan.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer and operational logistics for ongoing solar system services and support.
- Assist customers, B2B partners, and support reps in resolving post-installation service cases.
- Investigate and validate elevated support tickets, troubleshooting issues using remote monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Schedule service appointments with Build Partners or internal technicians, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
- Determine scope of work, build quotes, and approve invoices for service activities.
- Maintain customer service standards and ensure SLA compliance across all queues and cases.
- Manage CRM platforms to track cases, reports, and project progress.
- Coordinate resource management and communicate with regional operations managers regarding scheduling and project status.
- Escalate delayed or stuck jobs and collaborate across departments to resolve conflicts and improve processes.
- Conduct periodic reviews with partners and internal teams, and suggest process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer, tech, or sales support role preferred.
- Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) preferred.
- A high degree of proactiveness, adaptability, and resourcefulness to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Customer service mindset.
- Problem solver with attention to detail.
- Strong enterprise software skills including G Suite, Salesforce, and Zendesk.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of the construction or solar industry is preferred.
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
