As Controller, you will be responsible for all accounting and financial operations activities for Pacific Fusion.

Execute a monthly close process including producing monthly financial statements
Oversee all aspects of financial operations including accounts payable, payroll and accounts receivable
Produce quarterly financial reporting including plan to actuals and associated analysis
Work across the finance team to update the corporate forecast each quarter
Perform ad hoc analysis as requested to support various leadership initiatives
Drive efficiency across financial operations processes
Develop and support a team of six accounting personnel

At least four years of public accounting experience
Experience owning the end to end month end close process for a hardware company
Experience creating new operational processes and ensuring continued improvement of those processes over time
Experience compiling financial details into cohesive and comprehensive executive summaries for consumption by various levels of leadership
