Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, readiness gates, budgets, risks, dependencies, and recovery actions.
Ensure delivery aligns with business commitments, including Early Access, RFS, energisation, network readiness, commissioning, and customer turn-up.

Partner with Real Estate/Facilities Development, Design, Network, Commissioning, Operations, PMO, Contracts, QS, Procurement, contractors, consultants, and customers.
Identify and resolve critical-path constraints, delivery risks, and cross-functional dependencies; escalate material issues with clear recommendations.
Champion compliance with applicable safety, site, company, and local regulatory requirements.
Drive quality assurance, inspections, defect management, system completion, commissioning readiness, and operational handover.
Directly manage, coach, and develop Construction Managers, Project Managers, and project-controls personnel.
Plan team capacity and resource allocation to support the Thailand delivery pipeline and changing business priorities.
Implement consistent delivery practices, reporting rhythms, templates, and lessons learned across the local team.
Provide accurate, concise, and timely delivery reporting to country and regional leadership.
