Proven experience delivering data center construction and/or mission-critical infrastructure in a site leadership role.
Strong understanding of MEP and critical-systems construction, including construction-to-commissioning handover.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple contractors in high-pressure, high-dependency environments.
Strong QA and QC discipline, including documentation capability for ITPs, inspections, NCRs, and closeout.
Competency with project and document-control platforms such as Aconex, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, SharePoint, or similar, plus solid MS Office skills.
Ability to work full-time from the Hyderabad project site and travel domestically as required.
Preferred
Experience supporting high-density or AI-ready data center infrastructure, including tight power and cooling constraints, accelerated fit-outs, and compressed commissioning windows.
Relevant construction or engineering qualification and safety leadership credentials.
