Job Description
The temporary recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles within a renewable energy company, supporting HR initiatives and projects over a three-month period, primarily focusing on talent acquisition and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles, including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring HR-related projects such as job architecture, annual planning, and compensation structures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Ability to partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ability to coordinate and conduct interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Benefits & Perks
Compensation: $40-$55 per hour depending on experience and location
Work schedule: 20-40 hours per week
