Job Description
The Vice President of Finance is a strategic financial leader responsible for driving financial planning, analysis, and resource allocation to support the company's growth and long-term objectives, working closely with senior leadership and collaborating with finance, accounting, and treasury teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive financial strategy, business performance, and corporate finance initiatives.
- Oversee financial planning analysis (FP&A) and support business unit finance.
- Manage capital allocation to align with long-term company objectives.
- Provide financial insights and guidance to senior leadership for decision-making.
- Collaborate with accounting and treasury teams to support financial operations and strategic growth.
Requirements
- The candidate must serve as a key financial leader, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and driving financial strategy, business performance, and corporate finance initiatives.
- The candidate must oversee financial planning analysis (FP&A), business unit finance support, and capital allocation, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term objectives.
- The candidate must work closely with senior leadership to provide financial insights, guide decision-making, and optimize resource allocation.
- The candidate must have experience collaborating with accounting and treasury teams to support financial operations and strategic growth, even though they do not oversee these functions.
