Job Description

A leadership role overseeing a team of solar technical support experts, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, coaching team members, and managing day-to-day support operations in the solar energy industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of 8 to 12 Solar Experts in delivering technical customer support.
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve their performance and technical skills.
  • Handle day-to-day technical support issues for customers, including troubleshooting and resolving solar system problems.
  • Drive high accountability and serve as a role model for team performance and customer service standards.
  • Collaborate with other team leaders to execute the strategic vision of the support team.
  • Support and communicate with both English and Spanish-speaking customers to ensure outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

  • Ability to lead and support a team of 8 to 12 Solar Experts through check-ins and functional support.
  • Experience in technical customer support, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Curiosity about solving technical issues for customers.
  • Ability to work with both English and Spanish-speaking customers.
  • Passion for people engagement and creating a positive work environment for all employees.
  • Ability to drive high accountability across the team and serve as a role model.
  • Experience in day-to-day support work while executing the strategic vision of the team.
  • Strong leadership skills to lead, inspire, and support team members.
  • Experience supporting and coaching team members to their highest potential.
