Job Description
A Senior UX Designer at Omnidian will lead the design of intuitive, data-rich interfaces to enhance user experience, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop scalable design systems to support the company's renewable energy mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of data-rich interfaces to enhance clarity and insight for clients, customers, and internal users
- Create scalable, cohesive design systems using AI-enhanced workflows
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience across platforms
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to shape product design
- Mentor and guide junior designers in the team
Requirements
- Experience leading the design of data-rich interfaces that bring clarity and insight to users.
- Ability to turn complex data and systems into intuitive, elegant experiences that empower users.
- Proficiency in using AI-enhanced design workflows to create scalable, cohesive design systems.
- Experience ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience across multiple platforms.
- Ability to collaborate closely with Software Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to shape product design.
- Experience mentoring junior designers.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for creating intuitive interfaces.
- Proven ability to lead design projects from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with product goals.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-growing, technology-enabled service environment.
- Relevant educational background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (implied, as senior role).
