Job Description
The entry-level QAQC Technician at Origis Energy is responsible for performing quality checks and oversight of construction practices on solar projects across the U.S., ensuring high standards of project quality and safety under the supervision of the Site Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, adjust, and operate equipment
- Record test results on electronic devices
- Report and communicate test results internally
- Clean, maintain, and calibrate testing equipment
- Assist in investigating technical problems
- Perform quality checks on solar projects
- Oversee construction practices and workmanship of subcontractors
Requirements
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.
- Basic understanding of construction practices and procedures.
- Ability to maintain a high level of project quality and safety standards.
- Proficient in MS Office and computer skills.
- Must have basic math skills.
- Ability to work safely around industrial equipment and machinery.
- Ability to work long hours in harsh environments.
