Job Description
A flexible and dynamic role focused on building and leading impactful initiatives across various functions such as operations, tech, customer, product, or strategy, emphasizing effectiveness, accountability, and the ability to turn ideas into action quickly without rigid hierarchies or traditional job titles.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify gaps and take initiative to get things done without relying on formal instructions or backlogs
- Prioritize effectiveness and efficiency in tasks and projects
- Own and demonstrate accountability and responsibility for outcomes
- Contribute to building and scaling operations, products, or strategies
- Collaborate with teams and influence others through enthusiasm and leadership
Requirements
- Have at least 10 years of experience or equivalent demonstrated expertise in building or leading impactful initiatives at scale.
- Possess real experience with a sharp instinct for what matters and a strong motivation to use it for positive impact.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively without direct reports, showing enthusiasm that inspires others to follow and get things done.
- Show experience in shaping strategy, launching products, scaling operations, or turning chaos into clarity.
- Be capable of identifying gaps and taking initiative without needing detailed instructions or management oversight.
- Prioritize effectiveness and efficiency over adherence to backlogs or formal business case writing.
- Exhibit accountability without reliance on formal processes, and responsibility without formal organizational titles or structures.
- Possess the ability to go from an idea to a live implementation within days, not months.
- Have experience in building or leading initiatives that matter at scale, demonstrating impact and leadership in relevant areas such as operations, tech, customer service, product, commercial, or strategy.
