Job Description
A dual role combining warehouse operations and delivery driving to support the installation of low carbon energy technologies, providing excellent service to customers and internal teams in a growing, innovative company.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate delivery vehicle to transport low carbon technology products to installation sites
- Assist with warehouse duties, including receiving, storing, and dispatching stock
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and installations
- Support installation teams with logistics and equipment handling
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during warehouse and delivery activities
Requirements
- Ability to work as a Warehouse Operative and Delivery Driver in a dual role, working alongside expanding low carbon technology installation teams.
- Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
- Ability to work in a new, high-tech Distribution Centre environment.
- Willingness to work in a role that involves working in a warehouse and driving delivery vehicles.
- Ability to shape and develop the role as the operation grows.
- Honest and empathetic attitude, with a genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work as part of a diverse and friendly team.
- Ability to comply with health and safety regulations relevant to warehouse operations and driving duties.
- Must be willing to undertake any necessary training related to the role.
