The Vehicle Operations Incident Specialist is responsible for managing and resolving incidents such as collisions, breakdowns, or vehicle faults within a fleet, ensuring a smooth, professional, and caring experience for drivers while building strong relationships with partners to restore confidence and trust.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve vehicle incidents such as collisions, breakdowns, and faults professionally and smoothly
Ensure drivers feel supported, heard, and confident in the resolution process
Build and maintain strong, accountable relationships with partners to ensure proper and efficient issue resolution
Bring clarity, direction, and momentum to incident management to protect and enhance the driver experience
Requirements
Experience in handling vehicle incidents such as collisions, breakdowns, or unexpected vehicle faults and ensuring they are resolved smoothly, professionally, and with genuine care.
Ability to bring clarity, direction, and momentum to situations that could otherwise damage trust between drivers and the company.
Skill in delivering successful outcomes for driver complaints and issues.
Ability to make drivers feel heard, supported, and confident in what happens next.
Experience in building strong, accountable relationships with partners to ensure issues are resolved properly and efficiently.
Willingness to work in the London office at least 1 day per month.
