Job Description
The Talent Partner at Octopus Energy is responsible for recruiting and hiring top talent across various teams within the organization, working closely with hiring managers and the Talent team to support the company's growth and innovative projects in the renewable energy and technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire talent across a wide range of technology and impact roles within the Octopus ecosystem.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Work with the Talent team to develop effective sourcing strategies and attract top talent.
Requirements
- The candidate must be able to work closely with hiring managers and the Talent team to hire across a wide range of teams and roles.
- The candidate must have experience working in a hands-on role involving recruiting for multiple teams and roles.
- The candidate must demonstrate the ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team environment.
- The candidate must be committed to creating a positive candidate and hiring team experience.
- The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with recruitment team members and candidates throughout different stages of the hiring process.
- The candidate must be willing to participate in a recruitment process that typically takes up to 4 weeks, with flexibility to accommodate individual needs.
- The candidate must have the ability to understand and match experience levels to appropriate salary expectations during discussions with recruiters.
- The candidate must be honest, empathetic, and demonstrate genuine decency in their professional conduct.
