Job Description
The Senior Backend Developer will develop and manage the company's technological infrastructure, creating new digital features and improving user experience to make energy more accessible and intuitive for customers, supporting the company's mission to revolutionize the energy sector with renewable solutions.

Requirements
- Esperienza nello sviluppo backend, preferibilmente in ambienti tecnologici complessi e con infrastrutture digitali.
- Conoscenza approfondita di linguaggi di programmazione backend, come Python, Java, Node.js o equivalenti.
- Capacità di sviluppare e gestire infrastrutture tecnologiche utilizzate quotidianamente dai clienti.
- Esperienza nella creazione di nuove funzionalità digitali per migliorare l'esperienza utente.
- Capacità di semplificare e rendere più intuitiva l'esperienza offerta attraverso soluzioni tecnologiche.
- Conoscenza delle best practice di sviluppo software e di gestione di sistemi backend.
- Attitudine a lavorare in un ambiente motivato e condividere i valori aziendali orientati alla sostenibilità e all'innovazione.
- Disponibilità a contribuire a progetti di rivoluzione nel settore energetico italiano attraverso competenze tecnologiche.
