Job Description
A Senior Applied AI Engineer responsible for building and scaling AI systems, including generative models and infrastructure, to support the company's mission of advancing low-carbon energy solutions and moving closer to Net Zero.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale systems that enable teams to use Generative AI models such as LLMs, RAG, and agents
- Develop scalable infrastructure, platforms, or shared services for AI deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop flagship AI projects
- Establish and improve best practices for working with AI within the organization
- Take ownership of AI solutions that contribute to the company's mission of achieving Net Zero
Requirements
- Experience in building and scaling systems that allow teams to use Generative AI models such as LLMs, RAG, and agents, including developing platforms, shared services, or other scalable infrastructure.
- Ability to work with a cross-functional team to build out flagship AI projects.
- Proven experience in developing solutions that contribute to environmental sustainability and help move organizations closer to Net Zero.
- Comfortable working with wide open problems, ambiguity, and quickly figuring out and validating approaches.
