Job Description
A Portfolio Associate in the OEGEN Funds Team is responsible for managing and reporting on renewable energy assets, including valuation, forecasting, investor communications, and supporting investment onboarding and refinancing activities to help expand the company's global renewable portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver reporting, valuation, forecasting, and distribution calculations for a portfolio of renewable energy assets
- Handle debt management and investor communications related to the portfolio
- Support onboarding of new investments, capital recycling, and refinancing activities
- Continuously improve fund management processes to ensure high-quality outputs
Requirements
- Understanding and delivering against all investor requirements for a portfolio of assets, including reporting, valuing portfolio investments, forecasting and calculating distributions, debt management, and investor communications.
- Supporting onboarding of new investments and capital recycling programmes, as well as refinancing activities.
- Delivering accurate and high-quality outputs related to portfolio management activities.
- Supporting the continuous improvement of fund management processes.
- Ability to work within a process that typically takes up to 4 weeks, with flexibility to accommodate individual needs.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with the recruitment team and support the onboarding process.
- Ability to work in an inclusive environment and adapt to specific accommodations if required.
