Job Description

The Performance Marketing Lead will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital channels to drive growth for Octopus Electroverse's EV charging products, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the setup, management, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Define campaign structures, targeting frameworks, and bid strategies to achieve performance goals.
  • Manage budget allocation and make data-driven decisions to scale, pause, or restructure campaigns across markets, products, and audiences.
  • Analyze performance data, conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor reviews to inform media planning.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, conversion setup, and funnel integrity in collaboration with Data Web teams.
  • Monitor and optimize bid strategies, pacing, and campaign performance to maximize efficiency and revenue.
  • Provide performance reports and insights to track growth and strategic value of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing team members to align paid and organic campaigns and ensure consistent messaging.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across digital channels such as Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads, including defining campaign structures, targeting frameworks, and bid strategies to meet performance goals.
  • Experience in managing budget allocation and campaign performance, making data-led decisions on scaling, pausing, or restructuring activity across markets, products, and audiences to maximize efficiency and revenue.
  • Ability to analyze performance data, conduct in-depth keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor reviews to inform media planning and campaign structure.
  • Experience in ensuring accurate tracking, conversion setup, and funnel integrity by partnering with Data Web teams.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end setup, management, and optimization of paid search campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and with a high level of initiative, with a track record of hitting the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and ensure campaigns deliver strategic value, including providing snapshot reports tracking performance and growth.
  • Experience working on international B2C and B2B digital campaigns, with the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Educational background or equivalent experience in marketing, digital advertising, or related fields (implied but not explicitly specified).
