Requirements
Candidates must identify with any Black, Black British, African or Caribbean background, as the internship programme is only open to individuals from these backgrounds.

Applicants must share an example of a time they went above and beyond to help someone else, not because they had to, but because it was the right thing to do.
Applicants must be able to articulate what they would teach the company if given a stage and 2 minutes, on a topic unrelated to energy.
