Key Responsibilities
Investigate and analyze customer complaints and feedback from various sources.
Suggest improvements to existing customer service processes.
Collaborate with customer-facing teams to share insights and monitor performance metrics.
Handle complex escalations, including CEO escalations, with professionalism.
Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and improve their experience.
Conduct root cause analysis and present findings to senior management for business improvements.
Maintain and update the complaints database with accurate information.
Requirements
Ability to investigate and analyze complaints and other forms of feedback, such as Google and TrustPilot reviews, NPS and CSAT surveys, in regulated and non-regulated environments.
Experience in handling inbound and outbound communication with customers in a calm and professional way to resolve issues and turn poor experiences around.
Ability to use several data sources to monitor performance across metric scorecards and report against KPIs and SLAs when needed.
Conduct high-level and in-depth root cause analysis and deliver findings to senior management to recommend business improvements based on impactful data.
Maintain and update the complaints database with accurate information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
A keen eye for detail and a curious mindset to spot areas of improvement, with examples demonstrating this.
A natural finisher and effective operator who leaves no loose ends in their work.
Experience working independently and as part of a close-knit team.
Willingness and ability to adapt quickly to changes in a rapidly growing company.
No prior knowledge of EVs or the automotive industry is required.
