Job Description
A Learning Development Specialist responsible for designing and implementing learning strategies, training programs, and onboarding processes to support employee growth, while also providing support in talent acquisition within a fast-growing, sustainability-focused energy company.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement learning strategies and training programs
- Develop and manage onboarding processes for new employees
- Support talent acquisition activities as needed
- Build and foster a learning culture within the organization
Requirements
- Experience in designing and driving learning strategies, training programs, and onboarding processes.
- Ability to support talent acquisition activities when needed.
- Passion for human growth and development.
- Experience in building learning cultures from scratch.
- A generalist profile with a 360º vision of learning and development functions.
- Willingness to support other HR or People Ops activities as needed.
