Key Responsibilities
- Strategischer Netzwerkaufbau: Gezielte Identifikation, Qualifizierung und Gewinnung leistungsstarker Handwerks- und Installationsbetriebe zur nachhaltigen Erweiterung unseres B2B-Portfolios.
- Onboarding & Befähigung (Enablement): Strukturierte Etablierung neuer Partner im OES-Ökosystem. Du stellst das lückenlose Verständnis unserer Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Prozessstandards sicher.
- Prozessarchitektur & Governance: Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Professionalisierung von Onboarding-Framing, Schulungsunterlagen und Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Executive Stakeholder Management: Auf- und Ausbau belastbarer Beziehungen auf Augenhöhe mit Inhabern, Geschäftsführern und Projektleitern unserer Partnerbetriebe.
- Performance-Steuerung & KPI-Tracking: Systematische Überwachung der Partner-Performance. Bei Zielabweichungen greifst Du proaktiv ein, analysierst Engpässe und vereinbarst verbindliche Optimierungsmaßnahmen.
