Job Description
A leadership role responsible for building, scaling, and managing a nationwide scaffolding solution in partnership with Green Energy Access Solutions, focusing on safety, efficiency, innovation, and customer satisfaction within the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, shape, and run a nationwide scaffolding solution from the ground up
- Ensure the scaffolding service is safe, efficient, innovative, sustainable, and customer-focused
- Scale operations nationally and lead teams effectively
- Deliver high-quality service to customers and clients
Requirements
- An experienced operational leader who knows how to scale things nationally, bring teams together, and deliver for both customers and clients.
- Ability to shape, grow, and run a service from the ground up, ensuring it is safe, efficient, innovative, sustainable, and excellent for customers.
- Demonstrated leadership, drive, and ambition to create and lead a nationwide scaffolding solution.
- Experience in building or managing a new service or operational solution at a national level.
- Strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and customer satisfaction in service delivery.
