Job Description
A leadership role responsible for building, scaling, and managing a nationwide scaffolding solution in partnership with Green Energy Access Solutions, ensuring safety, efficiency, innovation, and sustainability while delivering excellent service to customers and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, shape, and run a nationwide scaffolding solution from the ground up
- Ensure the scaffolding service is safe, efficient, innovative, and sustainable
- Lead, grow, and scale operational teams across the country
- Deliver high-quality service to customers and clients
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in service delivery
Requirements
- Experience as an operational leader who knows how to scale services nationally
- Proven ability to bring teams together and deliver results for both customers and clients
- Experience in shaping, growing, and running a service from the ground up
- Ability to ensure the scaffolding solution is safe, efficient, innovative, sustainable, and customer-focused
- Strong leadership, drive, and ambition to create and lead a nationwide scaffolding solution
- Demonstrated ability to create and lead a best-in-class scaffolding solution
